In alignment with this mission, Sri Sakthi Amma created a solid idol of Sri Mahalakshmi with gold, weighing about 70 Kgs. Lovingly addressed as Sri Swarna Lakshmi, the idol was cast into a mould within the precincts of Sripuram by a team of highly creative artists specialising in idol casting and hand-etching.

Sri Sakthi Amma has consecrated Sri Swarna Lakshmi Idol in the mantapam facing the Golden Temple, enabling devotees to perform abhishekam to the idol by themselves.
